Problem with my account

Can't get a reservation because they say my telephone number does not match my email address.

I have wasted a whole morning trying to get a simple reservation at a restaurant in Kenwood, CA. I don't intend to waste any more time on this problem but, I see from your reviews that this is a pretty common problem.

My concern is either someone else is using my telephone number or email. This could be a serious problem for me.

I want my telephone number and email removed from your system Or I will take legal action. In the meantime, I am calling the restaurant I tried to book the reservation with and suggest they use another service.

Ive been having significant trouble with RESY.com. My main issue revolves around an incorrect email address associated with my account.

I attempted to update it, but the system wouldnt let me make any changes. Even after trying to create a new account, I ran into another problem: my cell number is still linked to the old account, which is preventing me from registering a new one.

The inability to update my email or register a new account because of the old cell number is incredibly frustrating and has left me unable to use the service effectively.

Customer support has not been very helpful in resolving this issue so far. I hope RESY will address these issues and improve their account management process.

Impossible to connect and reset acct as advised w Amex. Plat. Then get sent to just answer who wanted money to sort problem …srunned rest has no customer service and expect me to PAY to solve an acct
